Tracy has more than 25 years of business experience in account management, sales, and training at Fortune 500 companies.
Throughout her career she has held various roles within the Estée Lauder Companies, including Education Executive, Director of Global Education Development, and Vice President of Education. In these roles, Tracy led the development, testing, and rollout of corporate, global classroom, and point-of-sale curricula. She elevated adult learning principles through curriculum design, video content, and train the trainer seminars to increase sales, improve customer service, and build leadership skills.
She also served as Executive Director of Education for CHANEL. Tracy provided strategic leadership of U.S. Field Education by creating and delivering education initiatives that elevated sales and service. She also led organizational change management for the education department.
Her most recent role was Vice President of Account Management and Field Sales for Clinique. Tracy was accountable for sales, advertising, order management, merchandising, staffing, customer service, and profit plans through development of specialty account sales and field execution. She achieved $450MM in sales and led a team of 65 employees and 5,000 consultants.
Tracy holds many professional development and education certifications and has been an on-air personality at QVC.
Throughout her career, she was recognized for moving people to action, building and empowering high-performance teams, and organizational improvement. Tracy has a passion for teaching and coaching. She is always seeking to learn new things and has unbounded curiosity.
Tracy graduated from the University of Louisville as a student athlete. She enjoys college sports, traveling, bourbon tasting, and spending time with friends and family.
