Taylor Carr is an award-winning educator, consultant, and developer of dynamic and diverse leadership programs. With his extensive experience leading educational initiatives, and providing effective business solutions to students and corporate clients in domestic and global settings, he has demonstrated his ability in defining, creating, and delivering programs that engage and inspire participants.

He is an adjunct faculty member at the Thunderbird School of Global Management and The Ken Blanchard College of Business, Grand Canyon University. At both universities he has received consistent praise from program participants, as well as academics for his insight regarding business communication and leadership. Taylor designed the curriculum and taught sessions for numerous programs at Thunderbird, including the Global Leadership Certificate Program (GLCP), a three-day executive education program where he delivered leadership communication and stakeholder engagement to students from the US, China, The Netherlands, Mexico, and India.

He also led record enrollment numbers as director of the Ken Blanchard Executive MBA at Grand Canyon University, including driving a 93% student retention rate. As part of teaching the EMBA and Master of Science in Leadership programs, he emphasizes a variety of training, including cross-cultural communication, communicating change, crisis communication, leadership, leadership communication, public relations, media management, corporate social responsibility, and managing stakeholders. He was recently ranked in the top one percent of online faculty at Grand Canyon.

Earlier in his career Taylor served as producer, writer, and on-air host for the Dempsey Film Group, where under his direction, FLW Outdoors, which aired on the Outdoor Life Network was selected in 2004 for a Telly Award and an Axiem Award. He also taught classes at Harding University as an assistant professor of communication.

Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Journalism from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Harding University. To maintain his knowledge of changes and trends in communication, he conducts his own self-directed research, which he shares as part of delivering seminars globally.
