Team Leader Track
The Team Leader mastermind Track is designed to help leaders on the front lines of companies build their skills and the capabilities of their teams to enable effective execution of the organization's plan. As part of the program, participants will receive:
- Participation in a monthly 3 hour facilitated group session with your peers and a thoughtLEADERS instructor
- Access to the thoughtLEADERS mastermind online learning portal
- Participation in monthly webinars covering proprietary thoughtLEADERS content and taught by thoughtLEADERS instructors
You'll learn from both your facilitator and your peers. We'll cover topics like people leadership, innovation, career development, project planning, and executive communications. Learning in a facilitated, confidential environment gives you the opportunity to give and receive candid coaching and feedback. That environment will help you learn skills more quickly than you can in traditional classroom venues.
