| Aspects of Leadership Applicable to This Course

This course reviews concepts taught in the Building Transformational Leadership course and builds on them.  We provide participants tools and practices to make them more effective leaders.  We teach participants how to coach others in their development to better contribute to overall organizational success.

Participants apply the Building Transformational Leadership concepts using tools and practices targeted at each developmental level.  The Toolkit course has the same target audience as the Building Transformational Leadership course.  There is additional value in taking this course because participants:

• Develop an enhanced awareness of the developmental levels and how to use knowledge of them to increase organizational effectiveness
• Learn key skills associated with each level in the Level 5 Leadership model
• Work with specific tools and practices to enhance effectiveness at each developmental level
• Understand how to apply these tools and practices in one’s daily life
• Learn to tailor these tools and practices to the organization’s leadership needs
