Maureen is President of Metcalf & Associates, Inc.  She brings 23 years of business experience to support your personal and professional growth.  She is recognized as an effective leader who demonstrates operational skills coupled with the ability to analyze, develop, and implement successful strategies for profitability, growth and sustainability.

As a management consultant with two "Big Four" firms for twelve years, Maureen managed and contributed to successful completion of a wide array of projects from strategy development and organizational design for start-up firms to large system change for well established firms.  She has worked with a number of Fortune 50 clients delivering a wide range of significant business results such as increased profitability, cycle time reduction, increased productivity, and improved quality.

Maureen brings a combination of intellectual rigor and discipline along with an ability to translate theory into practice to all of her client engagements.  She also designs and teaches MBA classes in Leadership and Organizational Transformation at Capital University.  She earned her BS in Economics from James Madison University and her MBA from Virginia Polytechnic University.

Her current focus is on developing leadership capacity to lead effective transformations while concurrently changing the overall system and culture of the organization.  By changing systems and culture while building skills, organizations realize sustainable transformation leading to significant business results.

Maureen is a Senior Instructor with thoughtLEADERS.  She focuses on teaching others how to identify and best utilize their individual leadership style and abilities with specific focus on Level 5 Leaders.
