Entrepreneur Leader Track
The Entrepreneur Leader mastermind Track is designed to help leaders of small companies and start-ups exploit the growth opportunities before them while avoiding major pitfalls. As part of the program, participants will receive:
- Participation in a monthly 2 hour facilitated group session with your peers and a thoughtLEADERS instructor
- Access to the thoughtLEADERS mastermind online learning portal
- Participation in monthly webinars covering proprietary thoughtLEADERS content and taught by thoughtLEADERS instructors
As the leader of a small business, you don't have access to formal training departments or even a network of colleagues who can help coach and train you. The mastermind program creates such an environment. We'll discuss critical new venture topics like business models, alliances, funding, talent management, marketing, service delivery, and other key aspects of high growth small businesses. These conversations will improve your chances for success as you grow and lead your venture. Think of it as having your own personal extended management team and board of directors.
