A graduate of Argosy University in Chicago, Dr. Jarrod Spencer has extensive training and experience in the fields of health and sports psychology. He earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychobiology from Lafayette College.

Dr. Spencer is a licensed psychologist with a private practice office located in historic downtown Easton, Pennsylvania. Serving the Greater Lehigh Valley, he provides psychological services on a broad spectrum of mental health concerns. His forte is sports psychology. 

He is a regarded performance coach that works one-on-one with business leaders. His focus in coaching is working with business leaders on managing people, change management, and resolution of work/home life issues impacting performance. Dr. Spencer teaches leaders how the mind works best. His passion is keeping high functioning people on top of their game.

Dr. Spencer has an affinity for sharing Performance Psychology via the media. He is a fixture on ESPN Radio where for the past year he’s conducted a weekly sports psychology talk show.  Prior to that, he starred for a year on a regional sports TV talk  show called “What the Heck Were They Thinking!?” with former heavyweight boxing champion Larry Holmes.

As a professional speaker, Dr. Spencer has spoken to thousands of people across the country on Performance Enhancement Psychology (PEP). His signature speech is "The Mind of a Leader."  He enjoys speaking to businesses, sports teams, and ministries.

Dr. Spencer is a member of the American Psychological Association, Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and Lehigh Valley Psychological Association. He is a credentialed speaker with the NCAA.  Dr. Spencer resides in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania and is a Senior Instructor with thoughtLEADERS, LLC.
