We were founded based on the assessment that traditional training programs in organizations fall far short of delivering what today’s employees need. • Our instructors create and deliver our courses based on their experiences in real organizations (corporations, the military, etc.). Our content is not written in an academic ivory tower – it is based on how things get done in real career situations. • We provide classroom instruction (either at the client site or at an offsite location) as well as follow-on courses, coaching, consulting and support for those classes.
