We were founded based on the assessment that traditional training programs in organizations fall far short of delivering what todays employees need. Our instructors create and deliver our courses based on their experiences in real organizations (corporations, the military, etc.). Our content is not written in an academic ivory tower - it is based on how things get done in real career situations. We provide classroom instruction (either at the client site or at an offsite location) as well as follow-on courses, coaching, consulting and support for those classes. Our courses are hands-on: we introduce a concept, explain it, give examples of its application and then students utilize those concepts in classroom exercises.
