Listening Can Make You a Better Leader

Microphone and HeadphonesI guess I’m on a listening kick lately given I recently wrote about why you should listen twice as much as you talk.  Today I’m going to invite you to do some more listening (because I really don’t feel like typing).

I recently spoke with William Arruda at Personal Branding TV about listening, life, dogs, Frisbee, and other important leadership skills.  The interview was a blast and William brought out some great points about how you can build your own personal brand based on your personal leadership philosophy.

I invite you to grab your coffee, kick up your feet, and listen to William and me talk about leadership and personal branding.  You can download the audio interview by CLICKING HERE.
